Paint Machine Options

Does anyone have any suggestions on options for paint machines to spray airfield markings or does most everyone contract that out now?  We're looking for a machine, probably walk behind but would prefer riding, that would mainly be used on taxiway centerlines, hold shorts, etc.  Nothing runway related. Airfield Condition Reporting Software

We're looking into going digital with our Airfield inspections, perimeters and maintenance requests and I was wondering what everyone else is using.  I've used ASOCS (GCR) in the past and my coworker found AirOps (Eagle) but I didn't know what else was out there.  Nothing too technical, just something to get away from having to keep up with 12 months worth of inspection sheets.  What's the ballpark cost on a software system similar to these? ...

Plow Cutting Edge

Hi AllWe have a new Oshkosh P series truck with a 22 Ft. wide blade with a carbide cutting edge on it.We have a nother truck with a rubber blade on it for the in pavement lights and works good for wet snow,My question is more of a carbide verses polyurethane cutting edge, we had a polyurethane cutting edge that was about ten years old (stored) and the first time we put it to work...

LED "Flash"

LED lights when they come on "flash". The come on full bright cut out and the come up slowly to normal. This all happens in a couple of seconds. Any one else have this issue?

Lamps

Out of curiosity, is anyone else have difficulty getting quartz halogen lamps.  I've been waiting over a month for some backordered PAPI lamps.  The supplier tells me lack of filliment production in China is the cause and I can expect more backorder issues for other lamps in future. Anybody else hearing this?
