UBER & LYFT

Was curious to see what other airports are doing in regards to UBER and LYFT.  Not only are we in chrage of the airfield but we are also in charge of ground transportation here in Louisville.  They are NOT allowed to pick up here at the airport and we do our best to try to write tickets to them. Diverted Pax Plan

Does anyone have a diverted passenger plan with regards to front of the house assistance plan.  We are really good at taking in the diverted flights, setting up a parking position, transporting pax to terminals or FIS if need be but and delivering their bags.
