I've been instructed to put together a bid package for janitorial services, not really sure where to begin. Does anyone have bid tabs for cleaning services they can share? The scope of work is not extensive, just a small GA terminal and control tower.
The tower is non-fed (SERCO) and I haven't got a clear answer about what background checks may be required. I imagine it will be the same as for airport employees (10 year criminal history, fingerprints, etc.) but any additional insight would be appreciated.
