Thank you again for supporting My Airport Operations. We are having our 1st year anniversary in August, I would love to have 200 members. Please share the love and invite a friend. The more member we have the stronger the site will be. Also, if you would like to see any changes please let me know.
I am very intereseted in your comments about the markings and how the airports in Europe are painting their markings; such as what materials you are using and why the primer is important? In the US, primarily water based technologies (for asphalt or concrete) are predominate and glass beads are applied to promote visibility.
My Airport Operations is a site to help airport operators and maintainers with compliance and maintenance issues. I wanted a place where we can share ideas, training, concerns, problems, (questions and answers) and boast about our airports. This site is still growing and I welcome all input. Until I can do away with the requirement to request friends please become friends with all members. That way we can all help and contribute to each other.
