Hello;
I've been in aviation since I could sneak behind the hedge in the back yard and go to the airport. I started with going up in a jump plane with no doors on it, and only a seatbelt for the pilot. After the skydivers jumped out, we'ed do loops and rolls all the way down. I just had to hold on to the support by the baggage compartment. My 1st plane to play in was a Cessna Airmaster, then a Howard DGA8. I started maintaining airports at age 11 and started flying at 10. I managed and built airports over the years. I ran the oldest airport in the country and the oldest privately owned airport in the country. If only I didn't spend all my money on airplanes.... I'd would have owned the oldest privately owned airport and it would still be here today and not producing hay before it becomes houses. That's one of the things we need to stop!
