Hello all,

This is Mike Speidel with Sightline announcing (if you haven't already heard) our Airifeld Marking Symposium schedule for 2011. The AMS's are regional training courses for those involved with airfield markings including  engineers, operations, managers, maintenance, inspectors, etc. In essence, it's a two-day course, half classroom, half field demonstration. Each morning we cover the Airfield Marking Handbook in the classroom.  Each afternoon we demonstrate the following in the field:

  1. Surface Preparation and Paint Removal with a Stripe Hog ultra-high pressure waterblaster.
  2. Waterborne paint and glass bead application using RoboBeader technology.
  3. AirMark preformed thermoplastic application.
  4. Calibration and Inspection techniques.

We kick of the season in Dallas May 9-11, 2011. If you can't join us then, check out our website for upcoming symposiums - It's the most informative conference you'll attend all year...
